« -Which countries do you ship to ? »

 We ship worldwide.

 « -How do I place my order ? »

 1. Click on the item you wish to purchase

2. Select from the options (size, color, etc) 

3. Add it to your cart by clicking « add to cart » or "buy it now"

4. On the top right corner of the page, click on "cart"

5. Proceed to checkout by clicking on the "checkout" button

6. Fill in your personal details – make sure your e-mail and shipping address are correct !

7. Pay for your purchase by selecting your payment option. Ensure you complete all steps so that the transaction can be successfully processed.

8. Within a couple of minutes you should receive a confirmation e-mail.

 « -How do I choose the right size ? »

Some items, like barefoot sandals, are adjustable to most foot sizes.

Others, like anklets, require you to choose between 4 different sizes. Please refer to our Size Chart to help you choose the correct size.

« -What to do if I haven’t received an order confirmation ? »

When you have completed your purchase, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a couple of minutes. Therefore, do ensure you have entered the correct e-mail.

If your e-mail address is correct and you still have not received an order confirmation, do not place a new order before going through following steps:

  1. Check your spam box. It’s probably there. If not…
  2. Contact us using our « Contact Us » form or email us at info@mycleos.com with a summary of your order, including your name. The support team will check if the order has been dully registered in our system and will revert to you.
« -How do I change or cancel my order in case of error ? »

Once you have received the email confirmation, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes on your order.

However, If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately using our « Contact Us » form or email us at info@mycleos.com with a summary of your problem, including your name. The support team will check it and will revert to you.

« -When will my order be shipped ? And how long will it take until I receive it ? »

Once you have placed your order, we prepare your item to be delivered as soon as possible. All our products are carefully manufactured and delivered to Swiss Post  within 1 to 5 business days.

Delivery will take place in following estimated shipping times:

Switzerland : 1 to 3 business days
Europe : 5 to 7 business days
USA/Canada : 8 to 15 business days
Rest of the world : 10 to 20 business days

In rare instances, delivered items can be retained for a few days in the recipient country’s Customs Office. Furthermore, mail service in the destination country can be slow and thus increase the delivery time. In such cases, please allow an additional 10 to 20 days. Such circumstances are rare but may occur.

« -What payment options do you offer ? »

You may pay by credit card, debit card or Paypal. We accept all major cards such as VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

« -Is the payment secure ? »

Yes, our payment options are handled by PayPal —  entity that is recognized globally for its high level of security and experience in electronic payment domains.

 « -Do I need to pay any additional fees and taxes ? »

When your order is shipped outside of Switzerland, additional local fees and taxes may be applied by the Customs Office of the destination country.

These additional costs, if applied, differ from country to country according to their laws and regulations and are the sole responsibility of you, the customer.

These taxes are not subject to discount, refund or de-taxing as they are in the hands of the government of the destination country.  Please contact the Customs Office in your country to learn more.

 « -What is the Swiss VAT ? »

Our prices include a Swiss tax named VAT (Value Added Tax) which is currently 7.7% of the total price. This tax is subject to Swiss law.
